Keep getting errors when trying to manage namespaces

Description

I am trying to manage namespaces and add templates and modules, but every time i click submit i just get an error message. Is there a reason for this and is it possible to fix?

As I reported earlier this week at T9977#202083 (part of my own filing), R9:a07ba8ce70e1 locks away access to namespace settings, meaning you can't change or view them. (Stemming from an unsuccessful attempt to introduce Form-namespace support in ManageWiki; waiting on a revert from @TechnoMage or similar.)
