I cannot reply to or create discussions on Qualitipedia Meta (qualitipedia.miraheze.org). When I try to, it comes up with this:

That may be a result of the recently finished 1.39 upgrade.

The message is pretty self-explanatory, are you sure the page isn't transcluded on a page that has cascade protection enabled?

Any chance it could be the same problem as T10338? Some of those links look a bit weird for me for this to just be a simple mistake.

I think it was related. It should be fixed now if I am correct in assuming it was.
