Since it isn't possible for me to visit the website it's also not possible to review and ToU or PP that they have so this can't be approved.

I thought google domains had already been approved and thus can be just added?

Oh sorry, I misunderstood and thought it was a custom made website that serves YouTube videos without cookies, I didn't realise it was part of Google. In that case per Google's previous approval, adding.
