Hello after the changing url or namr of my wiki '''famepediatechwiki to '''infopediawiki''' .since then my wiki's protection level like - editextendedconfirmedprotected ,editwikistaffprotected , edittemplateprotected not shown in protection level and these protection level mediawikipages available on my wiki.

Yeah, It was as a result of the rename.
I've done a PR moving all configs for your former name (famepediatechwiki) to become configs for this new name (infopediawiki).
