Add a way to purge the ResourceLoader cache
Closed, InvalidPublic

Description

Often, when you are changing site CSS or JSS (javascript script), it is helpful to see the changes. Unfortunately, the ResourceLoader cache makes this take considerably longer than it should. It would be convenient to have a way to purge it.

This is a very wide scoped task which is ultimately unactionable technically. If you update your site's CSS, you can try purging the page's cache and also your cache and trying again in a few minutes.

I already do that, but it would be nice to not have to wait an unpredictable amount of time.

Why? Can't it be implemented like the regular purge feature, but only for Interface admins?
