We can't export the template for you, you must give us the XML yourself. Use Special:Export at the English Wikipedia, remember to uncheck "include only the current revision" and check "Include templates". Once you have the XML, please go to https://meta.miraheze.org/wiki/Special:RequestImportDump.

Kindly use the Special:RequestImportDump page on the meta-wiki after you get the XML file from the export wiki.
