Is it echo-subscriptions-web-mention-success/failure or echo-subscriptions-web-success/failure? The latter doesn't seem to take effect.

It's the one with mention, although "echo-subscriptions-web-mention" needs to be set to true first before those will work. It is supposed to be by default though.

I'm sorry but echo-subscriptions-web-reverted shouldn't be changed to echo-subscriptions-web-mention-reverted

Please also set $wgDefaultUserOptions["visualeditor-tabs"] = "prefer-wt" and $egApprovedRevsShowNotApprovedMessage = true. Thanks!
