@Dringsim Do you know what you want the defaults to be set as for these two parameters? I'm not entirely sure if there is a "proper" default, so to speak, so asking you if you have any relevant info here.

$wgEchoWatchlistNotifications = false, $wgEchoWatchlistEmailOncePerPage = true per extension.json.
