Hmm, I'm unable to reproduce - wiki is working fine for me.

It seems to be some sort of issue with the name maybe?

perilous-times.com/wiki/ -- Seems to work fine.

However, I can't delete articles or make changes to extensions or preferences at all because of this error.

seems like table creation failed somewhere
