Wiki URL: https://themarkside.miraheze.org

Custom subdomain is currently archives.themarkside.com, but i need it changed to wiki.themarkside.com

Can I just change the CNAME from 'archives' to 'wiki' on my own, or is there anything additional that needs to be done?

You have to add the CNAME for the new subdomain, then we'll update the configuration on our end.
