Problems with file storage

Description

  1. Both msupload and Special:Upload return me

Could not create directory "mwstore://miraheze-swift/local-public/c/c6".

(last 4 symbols always different: f/f1, e/e8 etc) when I try to upload a file.

  1. Can't open any jpg or png file, all return error 502.

There was a network outage on Miraheze at 00:00 UTC. A temporary fix has been deployed, which however, has the effect that images are not currently displaying.

Any update on this? It's been almost 2 days now. Edit doesn't work, upload doesn't work, most images don't open properly...

Actually, it has been only about 26 hours. Miraheze is run entirely by volunteers. You need to be patient.

Considering that this is now prioritized as "Unbreak Now", when will the global sitenotice informing everyone of the issue be posted?

I know this is marked as being 'resolved', but it's still not fixed. Any attempt to upload files results in the error message:

"An unknown error occurred in storage backend "miraheze-swift"."

The upload file option is now visible again though, and works until the point of uploading a file. Images already on wikis are working now too. Just can't upload new files.
