Old Farmer log entries do not appear correctly

At https://meta.miraheze.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Log&type=farmer&user=&page=&wpdate=2023-08-16&tagfilter=&subtype=&wpFormIdentifier=logeventslist&day=16&month=8&year=2023&offset=&limit=500, I see that many of the old log entries on 16 August 2023 and earlier show #Array instead of a request number.

I guess this is caused by https://github.com/miraheze/CreateWiki/commit/dfdd08deb4387aff47c200f6b2207e1f9b821493.

The LogFormatter needs to be updated so that old log entries appear correctly.

This is fairly significant in breaking old logs. It shouldn't be low. I'm leaving this for SRE to re-triage.
