Configuration change and add extensions to Prankster Gangster Wiki

Description

1.Remove "Main Page" head tag on Prankster Gangster Nation Wiki.
2.Remove "Edit Source" on Prankster Gangster Nation Wiki just like Wikipedia (I have visual editor enabled.)
3.Add GuidedTour, Popups, RelatedArticles, EventLogging, SocialProfile (Add SSH access), GettingStarted, PageImages and ParsoidBatchAPI on Prankster Gangster Nation Wiki. Link for the wiki is pgnwiki.miraheze.org.

  1. Remove CustomNavBlock extension on Prankster Gangster Nation Wiki.

Popups and RelatedArticles are the only reviewed extensions that I can enable. (SocialProfile needs to be handled separately).

@JohnHarryLauTV Please be patient. We need to review the extensions before allowing them to be enabled on Miraheze wikis.
