Confirm User Accounts
Accounts are global and exist on all wikis. I'm unsure about the use of "confirm" here as well but nothing specific relating to user accounts can really be done on a per-wiki basis.
User Merge and Delete
No manipulation of user accounts is allowed.
@ImBoPhil the method for extension reviews is creating tasks for the reviews, unfortunately stating "needs review" with no tagging or clear attempt to make labster aware makes thing go unnoticed and stalls any progress whatsoever.

MathJax uses fonts instead of images but Math is the usual for MediaWiki so okay.
Scratch Confirm User Accounts, maybe not required with Miraheze.
Okay scratch User Merge and Delete. Useful for assigning edits back to users after moving the wiki.

ConfirmAccount could work if we revoke the autocreateaccount permission from anons. So that is possible to install provided it passes security review,

I've been using this extension on another host primarily to avoid spam. Miraheze wikis seem to avoid the spam fine without it.
