I got there just by pinging a user using the Flow UI.

I cannot help you becasue I don't understand the language of your wiki. However, this appears to be a bug with the Flow extension to me.

I've created the template.

A quick look and I can't find evidence of it existing before or that it intended to be used by Flow?
