Fatal exception of type "MWException" in Education Program extension

Description

I would like to report an error that occurs in the Education Program extension when a user wants to add himself or herself as a student of a course. When you intercept this action, the following error is returned:

[016c434dbc87a9a2565e59a4] 2017-05-21 06:38:07: Fatal exception of type "MWException"

The technical detail of the error (provided by Reception123) is:

2017-05-21 06:48:07 mw1 pruebawiki: [f4eaa3bd4d1c01e1776d4ad5] /wiki/Especial:Inscripci%C3%B3n/Instituci%C3%B3n_de_Prueba/Curso_2_(2) MWException from line 38 89 of /srv/mediawiki/w/includes/user/User.php: CAS update failed on user_touched for user ID '1' (read from replica); the version of the user to be saved is older than the current version.
