I'm developing an open source proxy-bot to enforce open proxy policy the bot is mainly developed for Miraheze but will be usable by anyone that wants to. I was wanting it to be on diffusion and maybe even a phab project (if not asking for much) to raise awarness to the project to potientally attract volunteers to help me out!
