Assuming sysadmin approval, I approve from the financial standpoint. We're not exactly running out of money right now, and our traffic has tripled, so it's not surprising we'd need to improve the infrastructure. As to the 503s, it's still less 503s than I get on Bob's paid forum, so maybe we're not so bad.
