Sorry for the delay.

We currently can't enable WikiForum due to an issue with Captcha. This issue is being fixed by the developer(s) at the WMF (Wikimedia Foundation) and hopefully we will be to enable it on your wiki soon.

@Bounce WikiForum has just been fixed upstream so I have now enabled it on your wiki.
