Wikis with FlaggedRevs do not display Special:NewPages

Description

Reported about this a long time ago, but nothing happened as a result, so I guess it's a good idea to track it.

For some reason on every wiki that is using FlaggedRevs [[Special:NewPages]] page is unaccessible (returns some HTTP error):

https://tutor.miraheze.org/wiki/Istimewa:Halaman_baru
https://pornganizer.miraheze.org/wiki/Special:NewPages

etc.

Probably some bug in the extension, but I don't recall it being tracked down when I reported it at #miraheze.

@John I did not think it is a duplicate exactly because the type of error is not the same (the other one at least displays a wiki page, in this case it is not displaying a page at all), but I guess I wasn't right.

Different error but it occurs similar on the wiki with the old report, so it's better to keep all "special pages don't work" errors together than separate. Feel free to add to that task with this error.
