Wikibase can be done, though I'm not sure about WDQS.

I will proceed with Wikibase, for now.

Wikibase will be live on 2 minutes, but I'm not sure about WDQS. I'd assume it's Site Reliability Engineering thing to decide?

I think for now, since WDQS would only be used for testing, and it's a whole new thing to do, I'll decline it. If it's needed for "real" purposes, we could possibly do it.
