Per talk today on #miraheze-staff @Southparkfan would like to setup a memached service so we doin't use redis for stuff we can use memcached for.

Already discussed and no objections form the ops.

This may fix T3194 though not sure.

Yes and the fact centralauth says we need shared cache which says memcache would do (never says redis)

Whether a page mentions Redis or not is irrelevant, we have shared cache in Redis as far as CA is concerned.
