I've did this in https://github.com/miraheze/mw-config/commit/c4a24676261d318671a1c594634b29cf2fff78e9

It's namespace number for NS_EXTENSION is 1778 and NS_SKIN is 1780.

I am not sure what the translation would be for Skin Talk and Extension Talk so i have left that out for now.
