TimedMediaHandler can be enabled by Special:ManageWiki
CodeEditor is enabled by default
NewUserMessage can be enabled by Special:ManageWiki
SecurePoll is declined for security reasons. Perhaps see AJAXPoll or Poll
Thanks is enabled by default
UploadWizard was previously declined as it is too WMF specific.

CodeMirror, RevisionSlider, TwoColConflict, and UploadsLink would all need review/install (although I believe they are all exempt from security standpoint as used by WMF).

TwoColConflict is now installed and you can enable it via Special:ManageWiki.
