Make Repositoriowiki similar to InstantCommons/Wikimedia Commons

Description

I request that repositoriowiki (repositorio.miraheze.org) have functionality similar to InstantCommons. By that I mean that if I upload an image to Repositoriowiki, that image can be displayed in my other wikis (centralwiki, destinationswiki, ucroniawiki, mexicopediawiki and noteswiki). This is to avoid duplicating images in my wikis and to have an "image repository" similar to Wikimedia Commons.
