Reason 1: It fits the theme of the wiki better than the current options. Could it also be set as the default skin for all users, please?

Reason 2: Some of the users aren't familiar or comfortable using wiki code and I think this looks like it'd help that.''Done''

@Amalea Visual Editor was added 6 days ago but the skin has to go through a security review as it is not enabled on any wikis on our farm currently. We will update this with info about it, but there's currently a backlog of security reviews
