Description

The jobqueue is a problem currently. Yesterday it went up to 96k jobs and went down and then went back up to about 63k jobs. The jobs are mainly htmlcache jobs and the queue isn’t staying low at all

Not as bad now - it goes up to about 26k jobs.

UBN means the wikis are down or something that is breaking services (ie something users notice). This is not the case so it's high priority but not UBN status.

It is somthing that users can notice. Things like incomplete global renames, non updated translations, non sent mass messages. Thoose would all be symptoms of a non functioning jobqueue. (and yes I know what UBN means)

Not UBN. Because it means we have to stopped what ever we are working on to fix it right now (today).
