Can't un-private my wiki

Description

I set my wiki nerd zone to private temporarily to test something but when I try to switch it back I get [a2342705a1cd5e4c06699576] 2018-09-17 03:43:19: Fatal exception of type "Error". Sorry for using High priority but I really don't want my wiki to be stuck private, and also this looks like a serious bug.

It removed the members group but did not give read back to default. Now only admins can read!
