Of course, not only this image nor only this article are affected. The entire wiki is affected. Only local images load.

Hi, i've enabled wikimedia commons on your wiki. I've also done this fix https://github.com/miraheze/mw-config/commit/df91103792c6213abdb9b7de45d11c5bdec45df0 to prevent new wikis from having commons switched off by mistake when saving other things.

Can we stop warring over status.

This isn’t a technical issue, can be changed in MW. An issue discovered because of this is irrelevant to this task which is a moot task.
