EmoticonsLite is probably the easiest and most flexible way to implement emoticons in a wiki (much better than relying to templates), which is a welcome feature for any wiki's talk pages.

Care to explain why not being on git is a problem? Just out of curiosity.

Anyway, ExtensionsLite is just a fork of Emoticons, which should be on git. Is it possible to add this instead?
