Description

I got the Database Error [6054d33e2182bbe4d887c7b5] 2018-11-20 14:06:41: Fatal exception of type "Wikimedia\Rdbms\DBQueryError" when I tried to log into my wiki even though I checked the box to save my password.

It also says that my username "Ohallora" is not registered in the Wiki even though that's the account that I requested the wiki with.

When I log into my wiki with my Miraheze account it says, "Auto-creation of a local account failed: Automatic account creation temporarily disabled due to prior errors."

Hmm, I got an internal error on visiting the wiki and was logged out across all wikis.

Hmm.. that sounds like that maybe the centalauth-autoaccount, autocreateaccount, and/or centralauth-merge userrights may have been accidentally removed/revoked either from LocalSettings.php and/or ManageWikiDefaultPermissions.

For reference, the issue was Actor requires a unique user ID and a unique username. Paladox ran a script he shouldn't have which removed your account but not the actor reference. I've set this username reference to old so we can deal with it later.
