Wiki URLnetazar.org

Please enable Citoid on my mediawiki. It's required because the wiki is in hebrew, and the hebrew wikipedia is using a special template in the visual editor, in order to add references (a template that can support right-to-left languages). But for everything to work properly, I understand that Citoid is also required.

I don’t think this is an ops task, judging by https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Citoid/Enabling_Citoid_on_your_wiki

It looks like something that the Wikimedia Foundation is already using, so therefore should be exempt from any security reviews. I would think that Miraheze just needs to add it to its VisualEditor package.
