Description

It's now a global extension (which i did temporarily to fix another wiki T4287). Since TemplateWizard requires TemplateData. The only problem to moving this to ManageWiki is the fact we would need to some how mass enable it for all wikis that have VisualEditor enabled.

This is a rare dead extension- why not do it the way VE does (well... did)?
