I am trying to add a member to my private wiki, but I can't find them under user rights. They do have a Miraheze account. When they try to log into my wiki they get Auto-creation of a local account failed: Automatic account creation is not allowed. but I don't seem to have any permission for allowing that.

Since the private wiki permissions is messed up I moved permissions from user to member, but was able to add users to member group earlier after that change.

This may possibly be related to T4325.
