Description

Enabling extra restriction levels in ManageWiki does not seem to actually do anything. No extra permissions show up on Special:ListGroupRights and the new levels don't show up when protecting.

We've decided to remove it from ManageWiki for now. You can request that your wiki be added to https://github.com/miraheze/mw-config/blob/master/LocalSettings.php#L2371 .
