I tried to lock a wiki today per reports of a ToU violations but i accidentally locked meta, because i thought going to https://meta.miraheze.org/wiki/Special:ManageWiki/<wiki> was the only way to lock, as i don't see the option locally on the wiki. Secondly looking at the code, that's what it is expecting.
