I don't know why, but I have faced some cases that the status of Special:RequestWikiQueue and the Farmer log weren't updated though the wikis were created successfully, making "approved" requests looking as if they were still "in review".

Since we can no longer "approve" a request for already created wikis, the only way to deal with such cases is to decline them with a comment "already created (for you)," but this sounds quite weird.

I'm not sure why such cases happened, but could you fix RequestWikiQueue to avoid further cases? Thanks in advance.
