Editing bug on Atrocious YouTubers Wiki

Description

While editing, I constantly get a notification saying I'm new on Miraheze, even though I have over 4,000 contributions. It even happened when I click preview while editing. I tried to close it or change my preferences, but it doesn't go away. Here's a screenshot what's happening.

The Visual Editor message is an Upstream issue but can be disabled for all users (not sure if this is in ManageWiki) but I can look at a patch if you'd like that to remove it.

Welp, I manage the fix the issues on notification, but now I got a new problem when I keep clicking the link tab while on visual editor.

What does clicking 'Okay, got it' do?
