Google Maps API Key missing from Extension:Maps config

Description

The Extension:Maps does not work when the service=googlemaps parameter is enabled. It works only with Leaflet and OpenStreetMap. The map appears on the wiki page but goes dark and the appears the message This page didn't load Google Maps correctly.

The Extension:Cargo has the same problem with Google Maps API. See here: Cargo/Display_formats#Maps and Cargo/Other_features#Displaying_maps.
