Migrate to the "Massive KVM VPS" plans

Description

We should migrate to the $5/m "Massive KVM VPS" plan. It'll gain us 325G of storage and 2 cores and 1gb of ram. It'll also mean we will gain 200gb by this switch. It'll reduce our cost by $5/m allowing us to switch other hosts to the cloud.
