Description of Issue

I unchecked the MobileFrontend option on Special:ManageWiki/extensions as visible here: https://browndust.wiki/wiki/Special:ManageWiki/extensions

However, MobileFrontend appears to still be enabled when visiting the site from mobile. The extension also is still visible from Special:Version: https://browndust.wiki/wiki/Special:Version

I remember from a previous issue I opened that it was recommended to delete MediaWiki:Mobile.js / Mobile.css, so I blanked the pages there, but it doesn't appear to have made a difference.
