Hi, WikiEditor is enabled globally.
Cite is also enabled by default through https://epikrika.miraheze.org/wiki/Special:ManageWiki/extensions
DiscordNotifications is enabled by default, you just need to send the hook url to staff[at]miraheze.org.
number 1 (WhosOnline) is not installed so that's a request for the extension to be installed.
Enabling extra file types can be done.
It's not declined, just wasen't in the list. It can be added to the list though, feel free to do that @RhinosF1 (i haven't looked at what that format is so giving you a free decision to say yes or no on that one).
A .ch can be use to open a CH file by using a suitable software like Clipper Header to open a CH file. Without proper software you will receive a Windows message "How do you want to open this file?
How will it benefit your wiki to have these files available for download? that doesn't answer my question.
