"Error File Missing"

Description

Getting "Error creating thumbnail: File missing" error on a bunch of files in our wiki (ranchstory.miraheze) despite being able to access the file links and everything showing up fine on directs. The files were showing just 5 minutes prior to editing. Unsure if this is related to the server instability problems we've been having on our site.
