Yes, I've tried Extension:Comments, but I think it isn't suitable for my wiki.

Okay, for what reasons? Have you also tried Flow?

@Reception123 Sorry for the wait. Because the Comments extension needs add parser hook tag to each of articles, I think it is inconvenient.

My wiki using Flow extension. But I think that extension is a talking system which replaces MediaWiki's native talk page, not a comment system.

I also tried CommentStreams extension, but it has some problems and not compatible with MobileFrontend extension.

I apologize for the huge delay in reviewing this extension, as well as the unfortunate outcome of the review. I unfortunately have to decline this extension, as I have some concerns of the methods used in this extension, as well as the fact it is somewhat unreadable. Apologies for any inconveniences.
