All Miraheze wikis can use Miraheze Commons images just like Wikimedia Commons (as you have linked the Miraheze logo on your home page). No extra settings are required.

For basic requests like this or about writing a donation message. You should do this because Community noticeboard Phabricator only deals with technical errors, configurations, extensions, etc.

The logo on home page using local downloaded file. If you can teach me how possible use just the link without uploading, please do.
I believe all free images must be accessible after installing this extention:
https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/InstantCommons but for miraheze. org
I guess....
I can not find instructions how to use their images on

As Hispano76 mentioned, the images on the bottom right of the main page are from Miraheze Commons. See https://magic.miraheze.org/wiki/%D0%A4%D0%B0%D0%B9%D0%BB:Miraheze_Logo.svg for an example of an image from Miraheze Commons. InstantCommons for both Miraheze and Wikimedia is already enabled for your wikis.

To additionally reiterate, these questions are best addressed on the community noticeboard.
