Database error by certain search word

Description

On the wiki Christipedia a search in the search field for 'groot-' produces a database error. 'groot' without '-' goes without error.

This is an error which is caused by MySQL itself, the use of characters such as '-' are not allowed in SELECTs and there's no reasonable replacement for them either unfortunately.

Im sure someone mentioned theres been an open Upstream task for a while about this in mediawiki discord
