If no objection, will start creating this on saturday night

@Zppix raised that the course content wouldnt actually be private. Its up to @Owen and Site Reliability Engineering whether thats a blocker but without reinventing a solution and testing systems im not finding a free alternative to this.

We can in theory create a wiki with all the guides and google forms for the quizzes if thats better??

I wouldn't forsee any private information being released. As exposing private information to people who are not yet part of Miraheze alone would be poor practise.

Then my concern isnt valid if theres no private information being released.

@John / @Southparkfan: ideally I’d like a nod from one of you before proceeding

Actual training and possibility of assessment of understanding to me is good as a way to clearly and easily demonstrate ability and provide a comprehensive, accurate and consistent standard of education to all.

Claiming this to set it up,

My plan is to do it late tomorrow (hopefully not but maybe falling on very early Sunday)

So far we've had no luck sending invites but managed to create an invite only course, very ad heavy, there is a way to earn money out of it for us though.

Not managed to test as a student due to invite issue and don't want to make it public too much to circumvent that.

We're going to try adding some content to it and get a view but pretty meh so far.

Quickly opened it to create a test student, if things don't load, refresh and kick it a bit.

We will be working on creating one with Eliademy and then present the final result to all Ops.

We're going to setup some more stuff and then we can open it for testing and evaluation by staff. This task only really covers that.

We'll continue deploying some test pages but deployment to any more parties is blocked due to a bug.

Access Quiz and two more pages created, will create some more quizzes in the morning and pending a few bugs being fixed we can proceed with this next week. Hopefully, most things can be setup using a proper course next week.

Reception has set the rest up so waiting on upstream to clarify a legal/privacy concern (potential bug) before proceeding.

Given the issues and fact eliademy is currently down, I'd -1 this but assigning to @Reception123 to make the call and consider another method.

What about the moodlecloud it free for test and make quiz?

Evaluate sysadmin is importan I think, because we can solve and pull a request, this is very importan for miraheze future and can increase the profit/benefit for miraheze company.

anyone can look into this

Since there has been no activity and inconclusive results, the best way to do it for now is probably on-wiki with google forms as quizzes. I will be taking care of that and try to make a "course like" thing.
