We don't maintain a private support system for private wikis - we release all bugs publicly. I do not see any content in this task which requires the task to be private or marked as security.

It is not really a bug, just a request of configuration change of this specific wiki. I was told by the staff to submit a ticket in this way.

Since you mentioned "We don't maintain a private support system", is this the right way to submit request via a ticket? If not, what should I do? By email?

I do not see anything already public. The only link I see is to the main page which is public.
