That page has both {{Page security extension disclaimer}} and {{Extension code in wiki}}. Should we really install this?

Per the comment above, this extension looks very problematic in terms of security and doesn't even have a git repo, so declined.

Alternatively for namespace protection, Special:ManageWiki/namespaces has the ability to require a certain user right to edit a namespace.

Talk namespace is not located on list on Special:ManageWiki/namespaces.

I have done modification of Commons.css file to hide some tabs, but it does not prevent to reach the Talk pages.

Any other suggestions ? Thanks in advance.

The talk namespace is available in the same page, but different tab of Special:ManageWiki/namespaces as its parent namespace.
