Unfortunately Semantic MediaWiki is declined as it changes MediaWiki too much and we don't yet have the resources.

The Chameleon skin will have to be reviewed.

Unfortunately, both of these requests (Semantic MediaWiki and Chameleon Skin) have been declined for technical reasons. SMW alters the standard MediaWiki interface heavily and Miraheze does not currently have the resources to support it. Chameleon was attempted to be installed but was later removed due to technical bugs.
